That's because, as the sun sets behind this beautiful outdoor venue, the California Symphony will accompany the movie with a live performance of the full film score. Thrill anew to the timeless big-screen tale of Dorothy, Toto, the Cowardly Lion, the Tin Man and the Scarecrow as Contra Costa County's only all-professional orchestra accompanies it with soaring arrangements of such classic melodies as "Over the Rainbow," "We're Off to See the Wizard" and the triumphant "Ding-Dong! The Witch is Dead."
