Liz Longley

Liz, a Philadelphia native now based in Nashville, has won several songwriting competitions since graduating from Boston’s Berklee College of Music, including the BMI John Lennon Songwriting Scholarship Competition, the International Acoustic Music Awards, and the Rocky Mountain Folk Fest Songwriting Competition. Sirius XM Radio named her one of their Coffee House Discoveries of 2011 and the Washington Post has declared that she’s “destined for a larger audience.” She’s about to release her fourth album, and the first single, “This Is Not the End,” was featured on the Lifetime series, Army Wives. The website Dig Boston calls her “a rising acoustic sensation.”
