George Cole and Friends 4th Annual Holiday Show - A spectacular feast of guitar and violin virtuosity whimsically mixing the holiday strings ingredient with the Gypsy Jazz & Uptown Swing for which George is already renowned. The line up for George Cole and Friends 4th Annual Holiday Show is led by George Cole on guitar vocals, outstanding bay area jazz vocalist Emily Day, favorite bassist Kaeli Earle, and a very special guest on violin.

George Cole: George Cole has a genre-spanning music career that ranges far and wide. Cole, the suave crooner with the golden pipes, is a six-string guitar slinger of the highest possible order. George is the bandleader for his Gypsy Jazz & Uptown Swing group and the current guitarist for the David Grisman Sextet. In the past year alone, he has shared the stage with Mark O'Connor, Darol Anger, Del McCoury, Bryan Sutton, Jerry Douglas, Mike Marshall, Tim O'Brien, and many others. Garnering rave reviews and standing ovations, George Cole has dazzled audiences at musical landmarks across the country. A San Francisco East Bay native, George was guitar instructor and mentor to 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt of Green Day. He continues to present his Gypsy Jazz and Uptown Swing show at performing arts centers, is signed to David Grisman's Acoustic Oasis / Acoustic Disc label for online distribution of his “Riverside Drive” album, and, first-ever live recording “George Cole LIVE!”. He is also developing original video concepts; themed concerts and festivals for various arts presenters; and new arrangements for performance by symphony and chamber orchestras.
