Travel back in time as the USS Hornet Museum transforms into Hornet's All-American Café for a night of casino-style games and dancing. Pick up a few moves during the dance lesson, then cut loose to the live band and take in a performance by Salsamania. You also have the option of taking part in the Texas hold 'em tournament for a chance to win prizes and show your card skills. Or, if you prefer, try your hand at blackjack, craps and roulette. Plus, there will be a cash bar and Texas-style barbecue available for purchase. You're also encouraged to don your best '40s and '50s fashion to complete the experience.
